The sealing rejuvenator TL-2000 is a revolutionary, triple in one, coating for asphalt concrete. TL-2000 can not only seal the asphalt concrete but also revive and rejuvenate its binder � bitumen. Rejuvenation is achieved by penetration of the active gaseous component of TL-2000 into the bulk of road pavement, and this considerably reduces brittleness of the top asphalt concrete layer up to 40-60 mm thick and increases by far its elasticity and flexibility. In addition to its ability to rejuvenate bitumen, TL-2000 is a very effective sealer. The ability to penetrate asphalt concrete imparts unique sealing characteristics to TL-2000.
