The simplest conventional method of pothole treatment road repair consists in filling the pothole with cold asphalt concrete mix and rolling the surface with a motor roller. The road may be re-opened for traffic in 12 hours after the treatment.However, the adhesion of cold mix to the pothole inside is inadequate, and the material comes off the road after a relatively short time.
The Pothole Sealing TL-2000 Application method for road repair developed by HALIK gives an excellent solution of the pothole problem. Our material is cheap, easy-to-apply, strong and stable. It is a cold mixture which can seal various potholes of any size. The pothole is primed with a thin layer of TL-2000 and filled with our mixture. Then the material is compacted by rolling, and after hardening it ensures excellent adhesion to the pothole inside. In 2 to 3 hours after sealing, the road may be opened for traffic.
