Halik's strategy is to co-operate with foreign partners. As regards TL-2000, to avoid the expensive transportation of large quantities of the finished product by sea, HALIK uses the following strategy: A foreign partner organizes production of 95% of the finished product by weight in his country, buys the balance of 5% (the key product, or KP) from HALIK, mixes both parts together, and thus obtains the finished TL-2000 road coating product for selling to local customers. HALIK specialists recommend the choice of the partner's local components and participate in process adjustment and the plant start-up.
